There are many natural features to explore within Halton Region, including the Niagara Escarpment and the Bruce Trail. Many of these local features are protected by Conservation Halton, Credit Valley Conservation & Grand River Conservation Authority.

Halton Region, is in the southwest part of the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”). It comprises the city of Burlington and the towns of Oakville, Milton, and Halton Hills. The Town of Oakville and the City of Burlington are largely urban, while the Towns of Milton and Halton Hills to the north are significantly more rural.

The Canadian Golf Hall of Fame celebrates the outstanding individuals of Canadian golf from players, both amateur and professional, to the builders, architects and others who have been fundamental to the evolution of the game in this country. Operated by Golf Canada, the Hall of Fame, museum and library are open to visitors to discover more about the game and the inductees.
